Lunar eclipse
The Environmental Victory Project knocked on 284,282 doors in Central Florida during the 2004 election. We lost the election, but the fight for Florida's environment didn't end with the reelection of George W. Bush.

Haha, I remember that! Pheebs and I got lost in the Universal parking lot after having spent way too long at Wendy's, and driving back to Orlando, we passed the Kerry motorcade on I4. Awesome stuff.
I remember saying that I thought the moon was a bad omen. A red moon for a red election...
